Frames of Couture is a high-fashion editorial series produced for Harper's Bazaar España. Through a curated collection of looks, the project explores the interplay between avant-garde silhouettes and architectural environments, utilising natural light to emphasise the intricate craftsmanship of the garments. The series oscillates between minimal studio settings and historical, textured backdrops to underscore the tactile quality of the couture pieces. Photographer Álvaro Gracia collaborates with fashion editor and stylist Enol Blasco to create a visual narrative defined by clean lines and dramatic form. Featuring model Steffi Cook, the editorial captures a diverse range of high-end attire—from sculptural, voluminous gowns to precision-tailored outerwear—while incorporating techniques such as analogue film and monochrome portraiture to refine the aesthetic.
