Greenpeace's Oceans project is a public awareness campaign focusing on marine conservation and the impact of industrial fishing. The animated work utilizes an artistic aesthetic to depict the delicate balance of sea life against the disruption of commercial vessels. The piece employs grainy, geometric animation styles that incorporate watercolor textures. Through these varied visual techniques, the project illustrates the environmental challenges facing marine ecosystems. Production for the project was handled by Photoplay and Playtime, with music and sound design by Sonar Music and PR services provided by Larissa Meikle.
