About

If you blink I break the spell is a sprawling fashion editorial for Glamcult Magazine, captured by photographer Jorre Janssens. The project explores a raw, tactile aesthetic, moving between minimalist studio portraiture and gritty, industrial-inspired locations. The imagery leans into experimental styling, utilizing layered textures, handwritten graphic overlays, and unconventional pairings to establish a narrative-driven visual language. With casting by Michiel van Maaren and hair styling by Sophie Wortelboer, the series features Marte Boneschansker in a variety of expressive, high-contrast compositions. The shoot employs techniques such as analogue film, natural light, and grainy textures to reinforce an unpolished, documentary-style register that anchors the designer fashion focus.
