If you blink I break the spell is a high-concept fashion editorial produced for Glamcult Magazine. The series moves through diverse environments, oscillating between clean, high-key studio setups and raw, industrial locations. The photography, led by Jorre Janssens, leans into a documentary aesthetic that incorporates graphic overlays, handwritten scrawls, and varied texture play. The visual narrative features model Marte Boneschansker in a range of eclectic, layered ensembles. Stylized hair by Sophie Wortelboer and casting by Michiel van Maaren ground the project in an experimental, tactile register. Many of the captures utilize analogue film techniques, which enhance the gritty, grainy quality of the portraiture and emphasize the stark contrasts found across the fashion styling.
