For Grey Magazine, the 'FREE SOLO' project presents a gritty exploration of contemporary style set against stark, industrial landscapes. Captured by photographer Mila Forte, the editorial series features model Mariana Musante in a range of environments, from weathered concrete barriers and heavy machinery to expansive, rural straw fields. Working under the direction of Editor-in-Chief Valentina Ilardi, the series leans into an analogue aesthetic characterized by sharp black-and-white contrasts and a desaturated color palette. Fashion Editor and Stylist Sara Danese curates a raw, textured wardrobe, mixing leather outerwear and utilitarian accessories with soft, layered knitwear to complement the natural lighting and grainy, tactile environments.
