Inactive Appetites is a fashion editorial feature for Flaunt that explores contemporary tailoring through a minimalist lens. Photographer Jared Kocka employs a mix of soft studio light and directional flash to capture a series of candid, expressive portraits that highlight the interplay of layered garments and varied textures. The project balances structured, high-contrast monochrome imagery with warm, naturalistic colour palettes against clean studio backdrops and textured exterior settings. The series showcases precise fashion styling by Anna Katsanis, who pairs oversized outerwear and tailored blazers with deliberate casual elements like denim and knitwear.
