Fault Magazine captures a visceral and uncompromising vision with Cain Culto, a high-concept fashion editorial that interrogates the boundaries of traditional masculinity through a lens of surrealist provocation. Photographed by Gustavo Chams, the series functions as a visual manifesto, layering unexpected signifiers of power, vulnerability, and absurdity against the stark geometry of a studio strobe environment. Chams masterfully balances the interplay of texture and tension, whether he is framing a figure draped in metallic tinsel fringe amidst tongues of real fire or juxtaposing delicate lace lingerie with the rugged aesthetic of football gear.
