endless magazine: Punk Romanticism

Punk Romanticism is a fashion editorial feature produced for Endless Magazine. The series balances minimalist studio portraiture with outdoor photography, framing model Essence Taylor in a sequence of avant-garde silhouettes and textured garments. Photographer Dougal Macarthur employs a mix of clean studio lighting and natural light, utilizing analogue film and grainy textures to ground the high-fashion styling in an organic, earthy atmosphere. The project explores the tension between structural tailoring and softer, more abstract forms. Fashion styling by Javier De Pardo emphasizes layering and monochromatic palettes, while beauty direction by hair stylist Andrea Idini and makeup artist Hicham Ababsa maintains a sharp, considered aesthetic. Casting for the editorial was managed by Roxane Dia.
