Emilia Wickstead
Pre-Fall 2024 Ad Campaign

May 2024
Emilia Wickstead returns to a place of refined, graphic precision with her Pre-Fall 2024 ad campaign, a collection of imagery that celebrates the house's signature mastery of silhouette and color. Through the lens of photographer Indigo Lewin, the project leans into a sense of editorial minimalism that feels both timeless and sharp, stripping back the noise to center focus squarely on the craftsmanship of the garments. The campaign features model Michelle Dockery, whose direct, contemplative presence serves as an anchor amidst the vibrant prints and structured tailoring. Stylist Harry Lambert curates a series of unexpected pairings, such as bold orange hosiery against navy midi dresses or bright yellow Mary Jane heels beneath sharp black blazers, elevating the collection with a sense of modern irreverence. Complementing this, James Rowe’s sleek hair direction and Zoe Taylor’s nuanced makeup allow the textures—from fine herringbone jackets to intricate floral prints—to take center stage. By utilizing a mix of studio strobe and natural light, the campaign achieves an even, polished finish that highlights the structural integrity of every piece. The resulting imagery is a masterclass in luxury fashion house branding, where the interplay of light and neutral studio backdrops invites the viewer to appreciate the quiet, deliberate elegance synonymous with the Emilia Wickstead label.
