Not So Black & White is a fashion editorial feature for Elle U.S., captured by photographer Willy Vanderperre. The project utilizes a clean, minimalist studio aesthetic to emphasize high-contrast garments and accessories. Featuring model Ella Dalton, the series leans into the interplay of textures, pairing dark lace and feathered silhouettes with unexpected pops of color in hosiery. Technically refined, the shoot makes use of clean lighting to highlight structural millinery and intricate fabric detailing. The production was brought together with casting direction by Julia Lange, alongside hair styling by Louis Ghewy and makeup artistry by Chiao Li Hsu, resulting in a series defined by a monochrome and clean visual approach.
