Make it New Positive is a fashion editorial series produced for Elle Japan. The project leans into the juxtaposition of avant-garde sculptural silhouettes and modern architectural surroundings, using natural light to emphasize the tactile qualities of the featured garments. Photographer Masami Naruo captures the collection through a series of dynamic, clean-composition spreads. Styling by Ayaka Endo highlights layered textures and bold color palettes, supported by the work of hair stylist Yu Nagatomo and makeup artist Nobuko Maekawa. The series features model Sarah Ferguson in a variety of high-fashion looks, integrating Japanese typography throughout the magazine layout.
