Lolita Conscious is a fashion editorial series produced for Elle Japan, capturing a cohesive aesthetic defined by structured architectural settings and classic textile pairings. Photographer Shunya Arai and fashion editor Tamao Iida frame model Edwina Preston through a lens that emphasizes texture and clean lines, utilizing natural light to highlight garments ranging from pink tweed sets to houndstooth and leather separates. The series features editorial work that moves between wood-paneled interiors and stone-framed arched hallways, leaning into a retro sensibility.
