Girl From Oz is a fashion editorial produced for Elle Australia, blending structured high-end tailoring with the candid, relaxed atmosphere of coastal and urban Australian life. Through a series of diverse environments—ranging from sandy shorelines to public squares and transit—the project captures an effortless interplay between high-fashion silhouettes and everyday settings. Photographer Simon Lekias anchors the series in natural light, utilizing clean compositions and warm, earthy tones to frame each look. Fashion editor Sara Smith leads the styling, curating a vibrant wardrobe that moves from metallic accents and sharp pleats to playful, graphic patterns.
