DNA Magazine S/S 26 Covers

Mar 2026
For the S/S 26 covers of DNA Magazine Mexico, the creative team has delivered a masterclass in editorial versatility, bridging the gap between minimalist portraiture and high-concept physical performance. Photographer Jason Renaud leads the visual narrative, capturing two distinct cover stories that anchor the publication's seasonal debut. The first cover leans into a structural, architectural aesthetic, featuring a model captured mid-handstand atop a pristine white pedestal. This image expertly balances the clean lines of a tailored grey suit against the warmth of dark wooden cabinetry, utilizing soft natural light to emphasize the subject’s form and the matte texture of the set. In stark contrast, the second cover pivots toward intimate, character-driven storytelling. This black and white portrait strips away environmental distractions, relying on precision studio strobe lighting to highlight the textured, damp hair and layered metallic jewelry worn by the subject. Through the combined expertise of models Devon Ross and Kamil Sznajder, alongside the subtle artistry of makeup artist Susanna Jonas, these images evoke a polished, editorial minimalism that feels both timeless and contemporary. The project successfully navigates the complexities of the magazines, media and entertainment sector, offering a cohesive visual language that remains as striking in its quiet, monochromatic moments as it does in its more dynamic, lifestyle-oriented configurations, proving DNA Magazine's ongoing commitment to high-impact, refined visual journalism.
