Body of Water for DNA Magazine Mexico is an editorial fashion series that explores surreal botanical motifs through a minimalist lens. Captured by photography duo Will and Joan, the project centres on model Tetiana Marchuk, who is framed within a series of staged environments featuring oversized lily pad props and dark reflective water basins. The aesthetic leans into a clean, conceptual approach, utilising soft studio lighting and a stark white palette to contrast with the deep greens and monochromatic garments. Fashion styling by Joy Sinanian emphasises sharp silhouettes and precise accessory detailing, while Hicham Ababsa’s makeup work—including experimental elements like pink eyelashes—and Romane Martini’s manicures contribute to the project's polished visual rhythm.
