About

Décorum, a collaborative fashion editorial project featuring Lanvin, explores the interplay between classic tailoring and architectural interiors. Through a series of monochromatic and desaturated portraits, the series emphasizes sculptural silhouettes, tactile fabrications like tweed and fur, and a refined, contemplative mood. The visuals leverage analogue film aesthetics and natural light to create a timeless, cinematic quality that highlights the intricate details of the garments. Photographer Valentin Hennequin captures the collection with a focus on minimalism and tonal graduation, often utilizing low-key lighting to enhance the interplay of shadow and form. The styling, helmed by Elly Mcgaw, integrates vintage-inspired elements and accessories such as wide-brimmed hats, pearls, and feather accents, grounding the high-fashion aesthetic in a restrained, domestic atmosphere. Hair styling by Werner Amort and makeup by Eny Whitehead complete the visuals, which were brought together through casting by Evagria Sergeeva.
