Cure Usher
The Touchable Memory
Dec 2024
The Touchable Memory is a narrative-driven commercial campaign for non-profit organisation Cure Usher. Directed with a cinematic and documentary sensibility, the film examines the lived experience of Usher syndrome through the shared history of two sisters. Moving between nostalgic vignettes of childhood and present-day reflections, the production utilises atmospheric, softly lit interiors to ground the viewer in a domestic space. The project features creative direction from Havas Lynx, with sound design and music composition by Jungle Studios. The visual narrative relies on artistic framing and natural light to balance emotional intimacy with the sensory realities of the condition.
