About

Form as Witness is a fashion editorial series for Arena Homme + China, showcasing a study of movement and architectural form. Through a lens of clean, editorial aesthetics, the project explores the interplay between tailored menswear and urban environments, utilizing soft natural light to emphasize the depth of wool, shearling, and heavy knitwear textures. The imagery relies on a restrained palette to elevate the focus on garment construction and composition. Photographed by Massimiliano Gallus, the work features a collaborative creative approach with fashion styling by Alessandro Travaini. The series incorporates elements of analogue film and monochrome tones to ground the subjects, including models Cheikh Diakhate, Leander Straub, and Martin Miller, against industrial and urban backdrops. Hair styling by Loris Rocchi and makeup by Katja Wilhelmus ensure a polished, cohesive look across the diverse set of portraits.
