Disorderly Becoming is a fashion editorial series commissioned by Arena Homme + China. Photographed by Lorenzo Païno Fernandez, the project explores the interplay between structured sartorial layers and raw, natural landscapes. Through a series of outdoor portraits, the work juxtaposes heavy wool coats, glossy trench layers, and classic tailoring against overgrown canal banks, reeds, and weathered brick architecture. Utilizing a muted, desaturated color palette and shallow depth of field, the editorial leans into an atmospheric aesthetic. The imagery employs natural light and analogue film techniques to emphasize tactile fabric textures and the interplay of soft, diffused daylight. Featured talent Luka Hoogedeure serves as the central subject throughout the series.
