AnOther Magazine presents 'You’re here in my head / Like the sun coming out,' a fashion editorial captured by photographer Ben Toms. The project explores themes of tactile naturalism through a series of coastal portraits that blend candid, water-submerged compositions with macro beauty shots. Featuring model Caitlin Soetendal, the editorial utilizes natural light and a warm, golden-hour palette to emphasize skin textures, from raw freckles to damp, sea-sprayed features. Fashion editor Rebecca Perlmutar directs the styling, opting for voluminous knits and fluid silhouettes that ground the subject within the rugged, rocky shoreline landscape. Creative production was further supported by hair stylist Shiori Takahashi and makeup artist Anne Sophie Costa, who maintained a minimalist, elevated aesthetic. The shoot also includes contributions from casting director Rosie Vogel, coalescing in a series defined by a distinct, grainy analogue quality.
