Dietro le Quinte is a fashion editorial series for Alla Carta Magazine, led by photographer Camille Vivier. The project explores a theatrical intersection of human subjects and canine portraiture, anchored by a series of high-contrast studio compositions. The work utilizes a mix of monochrome palettes and warm-toned lighting to frame avant-garde ensembles against sculptural, draped fabric backdrops and industrial wooden sets. Fashion editing by Charlotte Buchal leans into a mix of textured lace, velvet, and dramatic millinery. The series integrates a range of visual styles, from crisp, clean analogue film portraiture to experimental, lo-fi VHS-inspired textures and macro beauty studies. Set design by Emilia Margulies, hair styling by Jesper Hallin, and makeup artistry by Porsche Poon complete the production, emphasizing sharp lines and intricate cosmetic detailing throughout the series.
