A Fine Line is a fashion editorial series for Elle Canada, captured by photographer Royal Gilbert. Featuring model Taylor D, the project explores minimalist and sophisticated silhouettes against a variety of urban backdrops and clean, neutral surfaces. The series leans into editorial techniques including monochrome and analogue film aesthetics, with natural light providing soft, directional illumination that highlights texture in leather, textiles, and architectural surfaces. The styling, executed with hair by Ledora and makeup by Ingeborg, emphasizes clean lines and a dynamic, grounded mood throughout the collection.
