Wade Shotter grew up as an illustrator, sketching entire universes in the corners of the warm, blank page. He hasn’t stopped doing that since – he’s just traded the hard edge of his pencils for a camera. Able to move from the solemn to the surreal across different jobs – hell, across single scenes – his is a deeply cinematic, visually expressive style where new possibilities splinter out before you each and every second.
