Vicki Valsamis is a renowned commercial food, beverage and prop stylist based in Melbourne, Australia. Recognised for her multi-disciplinary skill set and inimitable style, Vicki’s unparalleled industry experience and knowledge sees her working with a diverse range of national and international clientele across publishing, advertising, FMCG, editorial, television and social media platforms. Her work has graced the covers of Vogue Entertaining & Travel, Good Food Magazine and can also be seen in notable publications such as Food & Wine, Country Style, Delicious Magazine, Sunday Life and The Age. She has worked on cookbooks and created images for chefs such as Heston Blumenthal, Guy Grossi, Daniel Wilson, Maggie Beer, Shannon Bennett and Matt Stone. Her title ‘The Vegetable’ released in 2017 was awarded Kinokuniya's Cookbook of the Year and follow up, ‘Eat Plants, Be Happy’ released 2021. She enjoys tailoring creative solutions to suit each individual clients needs, offering art direction, recipe development and writing services as well as shoot styling.
