Rowan Papier is a dynamic British photographer whose work seamlessly navigates the vibrant artistic landscapes of and New York. His passion for art ignited in childhood, leading him to hone his skills in fine art before pursuing formal education at The London College of Fashion. At just 18, he took a bold leap across the Atlantic, beginning his professional journey at the renowned studio of Bruce Weber. By 19, he was further refining his craft under the mentorship of the iconic David LaChapelle. Papier's formative years culminated in an extensive collaboration with legendary photographer Steven Meisel, where he meticulously developed his photographic technique and unique artistic perspective. Today, he is celebrated for his evocative exploration of themes such as intimacy and empathy, with a distinctive focus on poetic portraiture that invites viewers to connect on a deeply personal level.
