Bio
Plusia Roms is a visionary Greek photographer whose artistic journey spans the vibrant landscapes of Paris and London. She began her exploration in Fine Arts and Fine Art Photography, but her creative evolution took a transformative turn as she ventured into the world of Fashion. Relocating to London marked a pivotal moment in her career, where she honed her skills in Art Direction for Fashion at the prestigious Central Saint Martins. It was here that her fascination with the interplay of forms, shapes, and movement truly flourished. Plusia's photography is characterized by a profound investigation of geometry, where she masterfully balances the tension between static and dynamic elements. Her work delves into the relationship between rigid spatial structures and the fluid, organic movements of themes and textures, inviting viewers to engage with her subjects as if they were living entities. Drawing inspiration from the elegance of Japanese Art, Plusia’s unique perspective transforms figures and shapes into compelling visual narratives. Her artistry is further distinguished by an innovative use of mixed media and color processing, which serve as essential tools in her expressive repertoire. Plusia has collaborated with esteemed clients, including British Vogue, Hermès, Soho Home, and Amelie Maison D'art, showcasing her ability to resonate within the fashion industry while maintaining her artistic integrity.
