Pete Moore
Bio
Pete had aspirations of following in Annie Leibovitz's footsteps and photographing rock stars. He embarked on this adventure by capturing reportage of bands such as Tame Impala, The Vines, and Wolfmother, which eventually led to directing music videos, documentaries, and hi-fi commercial experiences. Today, Pete is an award-winning director who has brought his innovative and versatile approach to filmmaking to all major categories. He has worked with some of the world's leading brands, including Ford, Paspaley, and Sony, and recently completed a global launch campaign for Coca-Cola that has premiered in over 20 countries. His work has been internationally recognised at major festivals such as Berlin Commercial, AWARD, Spikes, and Berlin Fashion Film Festival. Adforum even voted his Paspaley film one of the top five ads in the world. Pete's background in photography and studies in screenwriting and directing actors from AFTRS and NIDA allow him to tell compelling visual stories through stylised cinematography and natural performances. As a fan of contemporary approaches to filmmaking, music, and the arts, Pete loves collaborating with others and thrives off the energy of being on set.
