Owen Gildersleeve is a distinguished set designer and illustrator based in the vibrant city of London. With a passion for papercraft, he masterfully employs a diverse array of handcrafted techniques to create captivating visual narratives. Owen thrives on collaboration, working closely with photographers, animators, and stylists to transform his imaginative concepts into compelling realities. In June 2014, Owen debuted his first book, *Paper Cut*, which quickly garnered acclaim for its innovative approach to the art of papercraft. The publication features in-depth interviews and stunning behind-the-scenes imagery, offering a rare glimpse into the creative processes of 25 of the world's most talented papercraft artists and illustrators. To celebrate the book's release, an exhibition was launched in August 2014, showcasing original works from a selection of featured artists, further highlighting the dynamic community of which Owen is an integral part.
