Bio

Mini Republic was founded in 2021 by Carisse Velez, who has been active in the entertainment industry since she was a young talent, herself. Having experienced first-hand the traditional approach to talent management and development both as a young performer, and working in other talent management agencies, she knew there was something better to bring to the table. Mini Republic was born of a dream to see a more hands-on, personally-invested and involved approach to young talent development and to provide a positive and inspiring environment to succeed in the entertainment sector from the earliest stages of their career, and beyond.
