Bio

Based in the vibrant heart of New York, I am a passionate photographer specializing in food, lifestyle, travel, and still life imagery. My artistic journey began at the University of California, Berkeley, where I earned a degree in English. After a successful stint in writing, I made the bold decision to leave my job in San Francisco and pursue my true calling in the dynamic world of visual storytelling. In New York, I discovered the seamless intersection of my love for food and photography, allowing me to capture the beauty and intricacies of culinary art. Whether I am carefully adjusting my focus in a studio, standing atop an apple box, or navigating the challenges of on-location shoots—often balancing on something delightfully precarious—my commitment to creating captivating images remains steadfast. Beyond photography, I find joy in spontaneous road trips to hidden gems and collecting stamps adorned with whimsical designs, even when they aren't on my shopping list. However, I have a playful aversion to self-portraits, winter squashes, and the winter season itself, which inspires my pursuit of warmth and creativity through my lens.
