Linda Xiao, Photographer, New York

Description

Overhead food photography by Linda Xiao captures an orderly grid of round, dark cookies resting on a bright surface. Each textured black cookie is distinctly adorned with a neat layer of golden sesame seeds covering its upper half. The natural overhead lighting casts soft, directional shadows beneath each round baked good. The composition emphasizes the graphic contrast between the dark, porous cookie bases and the crisp, golden seed toppings. The clean arrangement highlights the artisanal details of the baked treats.
