Katherine Wolkoff is a distinguished photographer whose evocative work has captivated audiences through numerous exhibitions at prestigious venues such as Benrubi Gallery, Sasha Wolf Gallery, Danziger Projects, the New York Photo Festival, and Women in Photography. Her compelling imagery is housed in esteemed collections, including the Addison Gallery of Art, the Norton Museum of Art, and the Yale University Library, and has garnered critical acclaim in publications like Aperture, Twice, and Frieze. Born in 1976, Wolkoff's artistic journey began at Barnard College, followed by an MFA in photography from the Yale School of Art, where she honed her unique vision. Currently, she serves as a Professor of Photography at Parsons, inspiring the next generation of artists with her expertise and insight. Residing in Brooklyn with her husband and two young sons, Wolkoff continues to explore the intersections of art and life, infusing her work with a profound sense of narrative and emotion.
