Fanny Latour-lambert
Bio
Fanny Latour-Lambert, born in the picturesque city of Montpellier in the South of Paris, has been captivated by the worlds of drawing and painting since childhood. Her early illustrations showcased an extraordinary talent that garnered attention and praise, setting the stage for her artistic journey. However, in a spirited act of teenage rebellion, she temporarily set aside her pencil, seeking a new medium that could offer the spontaneity her drawings lacked. At the age of 14, Fanny discovered the transformative power of photography, inspired by the evocative works of renowned artists such as Cristina Garcia Rodero, August Sander, Sally Mann, and Diane Arbus. She found her voice through the lens, drawn not to fashion iconography but to the art of storytelling—capturing timeless moments and deep emotions that resonate with viewers. Fanny began her photographic exploration by documenting the world around her, initially focusing on family and friends. Her foray into fashion photography started when a friend aspiring to model encouraged her to shoot a portfolio. While her friend did not attract the attention of the modeling agency, Fanny's work did, leading to an exciting turning point in her career. By the age of 18, she had already captivated the interest of influential decision-makers in the industry and fully committed herself to a professional path in photography. Today, Fanny's compelling imagery has earned her a prominent place in the international art scene, with her work featured in prestigious publications such as W, Vogue Hommes International, WSJ, M Le Monde, i-D, GQ, Dior Magazine, and Vogue Poland. Her commercial collaborations include high-profile clients like Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Lacoste, Sonia Rykiel, Chloé, Moncler, Soeur, Zara, Ralph Lauren, and Nike. Fanny Latour-Lambert continues to push the boundaries of photography, merging art and emotion in every frame.
