Description

This editorial photograph by Yoshiyuki Matsumura captures two young children riding inside a grey mesh shopping cart positioned in the center of a grocery store aisle. The child on the left smiles toward the camera wearing a green shirt, while the child on the right wears round glasses and a yellow top. Stacks of cardboard display boxes filled with bagged snacks and pre-packaged goods stand to the right of the cart. The aisle features wooden plank flooring and illuminated refrigerated display cases lining the left side, where a few blurred shoppers are visible in the background. The image has a warm, vintage color grading with soft ambient lighting.
