Will Hartley, Photographer, London

Description

Captured by photographer Will Hartley in London, this image portrays a young child seated securely in a car seat within the dimly lit interior of a vehicle. A person's bare foot and extended leg in a light-coloured sleeve occupy the foreground, resting near the driver's headrest and adding a candid, intimate framing perspective. The side window behind the child is streaked with rain, showing soft exterior light filtering through against a dark and moody backdrop. The cool colour grading and natural light capture a quiet, observational moment during travel.
