Will Broome, Illustrator, London

About

This artwork presents a grid of nine distinct character illustrations created by London-based illustrator Will Broome. Each square features a whimsical, cartoonish creature with an oversized head, minimalist triangular nose, and large graphic eyes filled with varied patterns, hearts, or solid pupils. The characters are rendered in vibrant colour combinations including blue, purple, grey, gold, green, red, and pink against a clean off-white background. The bold graphic style utilizes flat colour fills paired with textured elements inside the eyes and clothing. The composition is arranged in a balanced three-by-three grid format.
