This video project for Vermont Creamery features a close-up shot of a thick-cut steak searing in a dark cast-iron skillet. A square pat of butter rests atop the meat, slowly melting into the seared surface while surrounded by fresh sprigs of rosemary. The top-down framing captures the rich textures and bubbling juices of the cooking process. Kate Monan contributed to this culinary project.
