Description

This black and white engraved illustration by New York illustrator Mark Summers depicts a male healthcare professional standing with his arms crossed. The subject wears a surgical cap, glasses, and medical scrubs rendered in a distinctive linear hatching technique reminiscent of traditional currency engraving. The portrait has a plain, light background that accentuates the detailed linework of the figure. The lighting creates subtle contrast across the arms and torso, highlighting the texture of the fabric.
