Description

An overhead flat-lay photograph displays an arrangement of twelve mini blinis evenly spaced across a deep blue background. Each blini is generously layered with white cream cheese, folded ribbons of bright orange smoked salmon, diced red onion, capers, fresh dill fronds, and delicate curls of yellow lemon zest. Small stray fragments of red onion and capers are scattered across the dark surface between the pastries. The lighting is bright and even, highlighting the vibrant colors and varied textures of the gourmet canapés.
