Description

This striking monochrome portrait by photographer Sacha Stejko captures a young female rugby player posed with arms crossed against a solid black background. Her hair is styled in braids, and her wrists are taped for athletic support. Dramatic low-key lighting carves out her facial features and expression, creating strong contrast and highlights across her skin and textured jersey. The high-contrast black and white treatment emphasizes the athletic determination and intense focus of the subject.
