Description

An exhausted black female athlete lies flat on her back on a red padded martial arts or boxing mat, with her arms outstretched and hands wrapped in black athletic tape. She wears a grey t-shirt and her face shows visible sweat and fatigue with closed eyes. The high-angle overhead perspective captures the textured red flooring tiles arranged in a geometric pattern. The lighting is direct and creates sharp highlights across her face and athletic gear. The composition conveys a raw sense of physical exertion and recovery following intense training.
