Rory Gardiner, Photographer, Sydney

Description

This architectural photograph by Rory Gardiner showcases a minimalist interior featuring heavy board-formed concrete walls and a prominent monolithic staircase. The textured concrete surfaces display linear board marks and subtle tonal variations in shades of grey. A dark rectangular doorway on the left provides a stark geometric contrast, framing a glimpse of a softly lit room with a white-covered bed inside. The natural lighting highlights the rough textures and brutalist qualities of the architectural elements.
