Description

Captured by photographer Rob Schanz, this night image shows three runners taking a break at an outdoor sports venue. One runner lies on the grass in the foreground wearing a white top and dark shorts, while a standing teammate looks down towards them. A third runner stands further back with hands on knees, smiling in the dim stadium lighting. The overhead lights cast a strong glare and deep shadows across the grass and tiered seating in the background. The atmosphere is candid, raw, and focused on post-exercise fatigue.
