About

This black and white portrait captures a man actively painting bold, expressive designs onto a light wall surface. Shot in profile from the waist up, he wears a patterned t-shirt and accessorizes with bracelets and a ring on his hand, which holds a marker or brush. The composition emphasizes his focused expression and the fluid motion of his hand as he applies dark ink to the textured wall. Created by photographer Rainer Hosch, the high-contrast image employs dramatic lighting to highlight the raw textures and artistic process.
