John Schell, Photographer, Los Angeles

Description

This portrait by photographer John Schell captures a middle-aged man focused on painting at an easel in a dimly lit Los Angeles studio. The artist wears glasses, a light-colored button-up shirt with paint smudges, and dark trousers while holding a paintbrush in one hand and a rag in the other. The atmospheric lighting highlights the textures of the canvas and the rustic workshop environment in the background.
