A24 Maxxxine: The Puritan II (Custom Music) 2025

About

This custom music video project for A24's Maxxxine: The Puritan II features vintage cinematic styling and moody dramatic lighting. The sequence opens with classic title cards and atmospheric shots, including a hand reaching toward a dark red apple on a shadowy surface. Subsequent scenes transition to a retro film set environment with period-accurate wardrobe, theatrical stage lighting, and stylized visual effects. The overall aesthetic mimics 1980s horror cinema with low-key illumination, grainy film textures, and period-specific typography.
