About

This still life photograph by Matthieu Lavanchy features a woven textured basket filled with white cauliflowers perched atop a dark polished wooden column. The composition is centered against a plain white wall, flanked by architectural elements of an interior space. Direct lighting casts a sharp, defined shadow directly behind the basket onto the wall. The color palette centers on neutral earth tones of brown and off-white. The arrangement has a sculptural, minimalist quality.
