Description

This still life composition features a surreal collage setup created by photographer Lydia Whitmore in London. In the foreground, a whole melon sits beside a pint glass filled with golden beer on a blue surface, accompanied by a circular mirror resting on a marble-textured slab. The mirror reflects a second view of the melon against a pale pink backdrop, while the entire scene is set against a large printed backdrop of a snow-capped mountain range and dense forest. The lighting is crisp and even, emphasizing the sharp edges and distinct textures of paper, fruit, glass, and stone.
