Description

This fashion editorial diptych titled Les Auréoles features model Wenli Zhao captured by photographer Ryan Tandya with styling and creative direction by Sergi Padial for Numero Netherlands. Casting directors Paul Cadre and Thibaut Royer selected the model for the project. The panels display high-end couture garments against dramatic gradient lighting with atmospheric warm and cool beams casting diagonal illumination across the frame. The left panel showcases a heavily textured embellished gown paired with an oversized textured cape and floral hair accessories. The right panel presents a sculptural pink matching set topped with an extravagant feathered headpiece. The composition uses striking theatrical lighting and rich color contrast to emphasize the avant-garde textures of the garments.
