Description

This image captures a woman performing a pilates side-plank stretch on a reformer machine positioned directly on a sandy beach. She wears a white athletic top, dark athletic shorts, and white socks, with her hair tied back. The reformer apparatus rests on the sand against a backdrop of a turquoise ocean and clear blue sky under bright natural sunlight. The scene is shot in a vertical composition, evoking an outdoor fitness and lifestyle campaign aesthetic.
