Description

This photograph by Julia Bostock features a brown and white horse standing in shallow river water. The horse has a prominent, flowing blonde mane that blows slightly in the wind and wears a halter with reins held by a rider seated on its back. The rider wears dark clothing and holds the leather reins tightly. In the background, a stone bridge arches over the water, with earthy riverbanks and scattered foliage completing the natural setting. Natural daylight illuminates the scene, highlighting the splashing water droplets around the horse.
